About the opportunity
Reporting to the National Performance Manager – Processing & Middle Mile, you'll play a key role in lifting operational performance across Processing and Middle Mile sites within SA, NT & WA. Working closely with Site Facility Managers, Regional leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll translate national priorities into local action, drive continuous improvement initiatives and help embed data, digital and AI-enabled ways of working that improve safety, service and productivity outcomes
You’ll also
- Partner with Site Facility Managers and Processing Operations Leaders to strengthen performance disciplines and deliver operational targets across a complex multi-site network.
- Identify performance risks, trends and opportunities, using data and insights to drive practical improvement actions.
- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement programs and standardised ways of working that enhance efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes.
- Champion the adoption of digital, data and AI-enabled solutions, building capability and encouraging modern ways of working across operational teams.
About you
You are a collaborative and influential leader who thrives in operational environments where stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and execution matter. You bring a continuous improvement mindset, use data to inform decision-making and can confidently navigate change while maintaining a strong focus on safety, people and customer outcomes. You enjoy working across teams, building strong relationships and translating strategy into action.
You’ll also
- Demonstrate experience in large-scale operational environments such as logistics, transport, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, postal or service network operations.
- Bring experience in improving operational performance, driving business improvement or transformation initiatives, and leading change across multi-site environments.
- Have strong project management and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
- Experience supporting standardised processes and continuous improvement initiatives and operating within Lean Six Sigma model.
