The Meat & Wine Co is expanding, with an exciting new restaurant opening on Collins Street in July 2026.
We are on the lookout for driven, passionate Kitchen Hands who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and take pride in being part of a premium dining experience. 15-25 hours available with a part time contract.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience as a Kitchen Hand in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong understanding of WH&S and food safety standards
- Reliable, efficient and team-focused attitude
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster (including nights, weekends & public holidays)
