About the Role
This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to an NDIS participant in the home and community. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and confident supporting participants with complex needs where required.
Preferred Experience
- Nursing background preferred (AIN, EN, RN, or similar)
- Experience in disability support, aged care, or community care
- Experience working with participants with high or complex support needs is highly regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily living support
- Support community access and appointments
- Monitor participant wellbeing and provide appropriate support
- Follow care plans and maintain professional documentation
- Promote participant independence, dignity, and safety
- Build positive and respectful relationships with participants and families
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
