We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager looking to move into a relationship-focused, professional services role — without the stress, KPIs, after-hours calls, or weekend inspections.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing and nurturing our existing client base of real estate agencies and rental providers. This is not a sales role — your focus is on relationship management, support, education, and value delivery.
You Will:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of agency clients
- Conduct structured account reviews and compliance “health checks”
- Deliver Minimum Standards training and guidance to property management teams
- Assist agencies with compliance mail-out campaigns and owner communications
- Support the sales team by identifying expansion and cross-service opportunities
- Help refine internal account management processes to improve client experience
About You
You will ideally bring:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager (essential)
- A strong understanding of residential tenancies, compliance obligations, and agency workflows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A consultative, service-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and process improvement focus
- Comfort working with CRM systems and structured reporting
