Evoenergy is seeking an experienced Senior Distribution Planning Engineer to support the planning and development of Canberra's electricity distribution network. This role will help deliver a reliable and future-ready network while enabling the integration of solar, batteries, and electric vehicles.
About the Role
You will undertake technical and economic analysis across Evoenergy's 11kV and Low Voltage networks, identifying emerging constraints and opportunities. You'll develop and evaluate planning options, support customer connections, contribute to capital investment programs, and work with stakeholders to deliver long-term network outcomes.

About You
To be successful, you will have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 5 years' experience in the electricity supply industry.

Strong knowledge of electricity network planning and design philosophies.

Experience developing network plans, economic analysis and business cases.

Experience with power system modelling and network analysis tools.

Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
