About the role
We are seeking someone who is available to work the following roster:
Monday & Tuesday: 5:00 pm – 1:00 am
Friday & Saturday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Due to the late finishing times, applicants will need reliable transport.
What you'll do

Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment

Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment

Keep the dining area clean and presentable for customers

Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Follow food safety and workplace hygiene standards

This position is classified as Kitchen Attendant Grade 2 (Level 2) under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 (MA000119).
