Your new role:
As the Director Support Officer, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support that enables the Director of Nursing and the broader Community and Oral Health leadership team to operate effectively and deliver quality healthcare services. Key responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive executive support, including diary and email management, correspondence, travel coordination, recruitment administration and records management.
Coordinating meetings, education sessions and events, including preparing agendas and papers, taking confidential minutes, tracking actions and arranging venues and logistics.
Preparing high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes, correspondence and other documentation while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and timeframes.
About you:
You're a highly organised and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and providing exceptional executive support. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative or executive support in a busy, customer-focused environment.
Outstanding organisational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing correspondence, information systems and a range of Microsoft Office applications.
