In this role, youll oversee all aspects of the "dry end" operations, focusing on packaging, quality assurance, distribution, and more.

Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to establish and implement policies, procedures, and systems, contributing ideas to strategic plans and driving continuous improvement.
- Production & Operations Management (Dry End): Oversee all dry-end operations, including Supply Chain, Planning, and Production (Packaging), to ensure efficiency and quality across daily operations. Implement best practices to enhance performance, eliminate waste, and foster a culture focused on efficiency and excellence.
- Quality Assurance: Manage all quality assurance processes, including laboratory testing, to maintain product standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Service: Oversee customer service operations to ensure a positive customer experience and address any inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Warehouse & Distribution: Supervise warehouse and distribution functions to ensure timely, safe, and efficient delivery of products.
- Engineering: Coordinate with engineering teams to maintain and optimize equipment and production infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency.
- People Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire the operations team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align objectives with company goals.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency across all processes. Oversee contracts with suppliers, aiming to meet financial targets.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain workplace safety and adhere to government regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior operations role with strong leadership skills.
- Expertise in managing policy, planning, and strategic development.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, reporting, and strategic planning.
- In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory compliance, especially in production environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and board members.
- Demonstrated track record of driving change and building partnerships within and outside the organization.
