As we continue to grow, we are looking to bring on a Van Manager and a Team Member who take pride in their work, enjoy being active outdoors, and want to build a long-term career in a stable, well-supported environment.
The Van Manager role is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced window cleaner ready to take the next step. You will be provided with a company van and will be responsible for leading your crew, managing job flow on-site, and ensuring all work is completed to Shimmer's quality standards.
The Team Member role is an on-the-tools position for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and serious about doing great work as part of a well-organised team across a mix of domestic and commercial sites throughout Sydney.
The positions offer 40 hours per week working outdoors and indoors on a variety of domestic and commercial jobs. We have a lot of work and need someone who can start as soon as possible.

The Role
- Perform professional window cleaning using squeegee techniques
- Carry out ground-level and accessible window cleaning across commercial and residential sites
- Assist with water-fed pole and pressure cleaning services where required
- Follow safety procedures and complete work to high-quality standards
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients onsite
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently
Qualifications
- Window cleaning experience with good squeegee skills essential
- Water-fed pole or pressure cleaning experience PREFERRED but not essential
- Must hold an OH&S White Card (easy 1-day course to get)
- Energetic and fit, with good stamina and interested in making a long-term commitment
- Trustworthy, reliable, well presented, and an effective communicator
- Available to work some weekends as required
- Salary commensurate with experience - attitude and commitment are very important
