Used Car Sales Consultant
We are seeking a motivated, friendly and reliable Used Car Sales Consultant to join our busy dealership in Sydney.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is confident using computers and is eager to learn dealership systems and sales processes. The successful applicant must be available to work weekends, as Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest trading days.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that suits their needs and budget.
- Respond to phone, online and in-person customer enquiries.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle inspections and test drives.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Use dealership computer systems to manage customer enquiries, appointments, vehicle information and sales documentation.
- Follow up customer leads and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with the sales, finance, administration, service and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional vehicle display area.
- Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.

- Be confident dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Be comfortable using computers, email and dealership software systems.
- Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with other employees throughout the dealership.
- Be reliable, punctual and motivated to succeed.
- Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
- Be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, as part of the regular roster.

Pay: $54,607.14 – $86,254.00 per year
