The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for an experienced and passionate Host Supervisor to join our Front of House team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.
As a Host Supervisor, you’ll be the first impression of the restaurant, leading the host team while creating a warm, professional and seamless arrival experience for every guest. You’ll play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating guest flow and maintaining the elevated service standards expected within a premium dining environment.

What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a Host, Reservations or Front of House leadership role within a premium restaurant environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Experience with reservation systems such as SevenRooms
- Availability across a 7-day rotating roster
