Kelmscott Physiotherapy is a busy physiotherapy practice we are seeking a medical receptionist for an immediate start. Hours per week are between 18-25, we are seeking a candidate who:
· has Medical Reception experience - highly desirable though not essential
· Is caring and compassionate of patients but also knows how to respond to conflicts
· Is confident and happy
· Has well developed multi tasking skills and has a High level of attention to detail
· Demonstrates high degree of initiative and is a self starter
· Hours are varied across a week, requirements below, roster months in advance:
- earliest start 7am
- latest finish 7.15pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays a month from 8am to 12pm
- MUST be able to increase hours to cover sick/annual leave
- MUST be able to fill in for sick leave at very short notice
