The Role:
As the HR Executive in our diverse and professional team, your role is varied. You will be exposed to planning and executing HR initiatives and activities in line with the business plan, assist with the internal movement of our team, assist our colleagues with any queries large or small, be exposed to elements of training, IR matters, and support the HR team with some administrative tasks which are essential to the employee lifecycle.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable working with colleagues at all levels, who is looking to grow their HR knowledge and experience with hands on learning, and someone who wants a future in HR. No two days are the same in this role, and it is expected that you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where detail and accuracy is key to success.
Responsibilities Include:
The preparation and facilitation of contracts for new colleagues and internal hotel movement
Responding to employee queries in a quality and timely manner
Actioning general Payroll queries in a timely and accurate manner
Assisting with Workcover claims as the Return to Work coordinator
Conducting stay and exit interviews with colleagues
Assist with the creation and promotion of internal activities
Be an active member of a Hotel committee to ensure we support of Hyatt values
