Pickering Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Pre-Delivery Manager to join our growing automotive team.
This is a key role responsible for coordinating the preparation, movement and delivery of new and fleet vehicles, ensuring vehicles are organised and ready for customers on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the pre-delivery process for new and fleet vehicles
- Organise incoming vehicle deliveries and collections
- Manage multiple vehicles through the pre-delivery process
- Coordinate vehicle freight and transport
- Track vehicle movements and delivery schedules
- Liaise with sales, workshop, detailing and other internal teams
- Ensure vehicles are prepared and ready within required timeframes
- Monitor vehicle progress and follow up on outstanding work
- Maintain accurate vehicle and delivery records
- Identify and communicate any delays or issues
- Help keep the overall vehicle delivery process organised and efficient
About You
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is essential
- Strong understanding of vehicle pre-delivery processes
- Experience coordinating vehicles, deliveries or fleet operations
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Able to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines at once
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Reliable, motivated and professional
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently while working closely with a team
- Current Australian driver's licence preferred
