At Allianz Partners, we're looking for an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing, supplier governance, business resilience, and central functions across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in delivering sustainable value, managing risk, and enhancing supplier performance across a complex and evolving business environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Procurement Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver commercial value, efficiency, and risk reduction.
- Lead complex negotiations, supplier selection processes, and contract governance activities.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align procurement outcomes with organisational priorities.
Supplier Category Management
- Develop and manage a robust network of suppliers across key indirect spend categories.
- Drive supplier performance, innovation, service excellence, and value creation.
- Collaborate with Allianz Partners Global Procurement to implement category strategies and identify enterprise-wide opportunities.
- Utilise market intelligence, data insights, and emerging technologies to support informed sourcing decisions.
Business Resilience Governance
- Lead business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience initiatives.
- Support critical regulatory requirements, including CPS 230 and Modern Slavery obligations.
- Strengthen governance frameworks and third-party risk management practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to continue building resilient and adaptable business operations.
Facilities Workplace Services
- Oversee facilities management, workplace services, and sustainability initiatives across ANZ.
- Deliver programs that enhance employee experience, operational effectiveness, and environmental outcomes.
What We're Looking For
You are a commercially astute leader who combines strong procurement expertise with the ability to influence, innovate, and drive change.
You'll bring:
✔ 8+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, resilience, facilities, or related disciplines
✔ Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
✔ Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability
✔ Experience operating within large, complex, or multinational organisations
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
✔ Strong analytical, governance, and project management capability
✔ A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging data, digital tools, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and business outcomes
✔ The ability to navigate complexity and help organisations adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
