About Evolved Floors
We're a fast-growing, family-owned flooring company with showrooms across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, and Brisbane. We work with homeowners, architects, builders, and developers, and we're opening a new Bundall showroom to keep up with demand. This role is ground floor (literally) in a brand new location.
The Role
You'll be the face of our new Bundall showroom, handling inbound enquiries, hosting design consultations, and guiding customers through one of the biggest decisions they make in a renovation or build. Once you know the product range and our sales process, there's a clear path into commercial and trade sales: developers, builders, architects, interior designers. For the right members of the team we are very keen to promote from within.
No cold calling. Every lead comes to us.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM
- Host studio consultation appointments and guide customers through product selection
- Coordinate site measures with our install team
- Manage follow-up and pipeline in our CRM
- Build relationships with trade clients and industry referrers over time
- Help shape how this new location runs — your ideas matter here
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Ambitious and self-motivated, you want to earn, not just show up
- Interest in interiors, architecture, or property (a bonus, not a must)
- Full driver's licence
- Previous sales experience, construction related industry a bonus but not essential
- Comfortable with digital tools, we run a tight AI tech stack
