As a Casual Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting our centres when additional assistance is needed.
You will:
- Support learning experiences across a variety of age groups and rooms
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and centre operations
- Contribute to children's learning and development through meaningful interactions
- Support educators with observations and learning documentation
- Help create safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for every child
Every shift brings a new opportunity, new experiences, and the chance to make a positive impact.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or be actively studying towards one
- Flexibility to travel between Milestones Morayfield, Milestones Narangba, and Milestones Caboolture
- Availability to accept short-notice shifts when required
- A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain one
- Previous experience within a Long Day Care environment
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care for children
