Every touchpoint — from the shop floor to the fitting room, from product presentation to stockroom processes — helps shape how customers feel and how the team performs. You read the store through its people, product and results. You identify opportunities, guide the team and help turn daily priorities into clear action. This role is about balancing strategy with execution. You support sales, maintain image standards, optimize workflows and help create a store that feels organized, commercial and alive.
