Social Media Content Creator (On-Site)
We're looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is an ongoing opportunity, with the right candidate being considered for a long-term position.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role with a focus on creating engaging content for our social media channels. You'll be responsible for capturing high quality footage, filming short-form videos, editing content and preparing it for publication across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Availability
- Minimum 4 days per week on site, including weekends.
- Hours: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture daily on-site content, including behind-the-scenes footage, artist work, client reactions, and studio moments.
- Film short-form videos and photos suitable for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Identify engaging, story-driven moments that align with our brand.
- Edit content and prepare it for publishing.
- Work closely with the team to ensure key moments, services, and events are consistently documented.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest content ideas that maximise engagement and reach.
Requirements
- Confident using a smartphone or camera to capture high-quality content.
- Strong understanding of what performs well on social media.
- Good eye for storytelling, composition, timing, and visual detail.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a creative team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
