As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy practice.
Job Description

Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression.

Manage phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries.

Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently.

Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.

Support the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Assist with general administrative and reception duties.
Qualifications
-
Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental practice.

Experience using dental practice management software (Dental4Windows, Exact, or similar).

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.

A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work casual shifts as required.
Availability Requirement:

Available to be rostered between 8:00am and 5:30pm.

Able to work occasional Saturdays as part of a rotating roster.
