We are seeking an experienced Manager Cyber Security Operations to own and continually strengthen GrainCorp's cyber defence capability.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this role owns GrainCorp's operational cyber security posture across enterprise and operational technology (OT) environments. You will lead cyber operations, incident response, threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, and the ongoing maturity of our cyber security operations capabilities.
This role combines operational leadership with planning and continuous improvement, helping shape the future direction and maturity of GrainCorp's cyber security capability.
What You Will Do
- Lead cyber security operations across IT and OT environments.
- Drive incident response, recovery and continuous improvement activities.
- Own vulnerability and exposure management to reduce cyber risk.
- Lead security monitoring, threat detection and incident response capabilities.
- Govern outsourced cyber security services and managed security providers.
- Partner with Cyber Security Engineering, business and technology teams to reduce cyber risk and improve resilience.
- Contribute to cyber strategy, roadmap delivery, automation and capability uplift.
About Your Experience:
- Experience leading cyber security operations, cyber defence or incident response functions.
- Strong knowledge of modern cyber security disciplines including threat detection and response, vulnerability and exposure management, cloud security, identity security and security automation.
- Experience leading managed security providers and strategic partners.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance operational delivery with continuous improvement.
- Experience in critical infrastructure, industrial or OT environments will be highly regarded.
