We're expanding in the Illawarra region and are seeking energetic and passionate Full-time Crew Members to join our team at the North Turramurra Store
Position Overview:
As a Full-time Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of our operation—creating delicious desserts, preparing coffee, and ensuring customers have an amazing experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where every day is an opportunity to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve donuts, desserts, and coffee to our high standards.
* Provide friendly, efficient customer service and create a welcoming environment.
* Handle cash and operate the point of sale (POS) system.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment.
* Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
* Support the team and contribute to achieving daily goals and targets.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or a similar food service role.
* Preferred 1 year of barista experience and a passion for making great coffee.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work across different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
