Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that keep our facilities operating smoothly. You will perform both routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs while ensuring all work meets safety standards and building codes. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and functional building environment.

Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures using analytical problem-solving techniques

Execute repairs and replacements on building systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and water systems

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs completed, and equipment performance

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls

Inspect building systems and facilities to identify potential issues before they become critical problems

Operate and monitor building automation and energy management systems

Perform general repairs including carpentry, painting, and facility upkeep

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
-
Coordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized services are required

Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts in an organized manner

Communicate effectively with building occupants and management regarding maintenance activities and system status
About You:

Proven experience in building services, facility maintenance, or a related technical field

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical equipment

Knowledge of building codes and safety compliance requirements
