Rock Sugar is looking for a Cocktail Bar Tender to elevate the experiences of our patrons by delivering our signature cocktails with high-energy and excellent customer service. Check out our insta @rocksugarmelbourne for our vibe.
Rock Sugar is a Thai fusion restaurant in South Yarra with a focus on delivering a great customer experience. We're a cocktail heavy venue and have become a 'must visit' destination for many. We're a close knit team, offer flexible hours and have very low staff turnover.
Whats on offer?
This position is 8-10 hours/week (Friday & Saturday evenings) This position is ideal as a second job or for those looking for shorter weekend shifts and no late nights.
A minimum of 12 months cocktail experience is essential for the role, plus knowledge of classics as well.
A typical roster:
Friday shift: 5:30/6pm-10/10:30pm
Saturday shift: 6pm-10:30/11pm
Additional shifts are often available to cover staff leave if interested.
