Insight Flooring is looking for a reliable Construction Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our specialist timber flooring team.
We work on premium residential homes across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs, installing solid timber flooring, engineered timber, parquetry and custom staircases.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing things properly and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry.
You will assist experienced installers with floor preparation, site preparation, deliveries, timber flooring installation, stair work, protection of finished work and general labouring duties.
No timber flooring experience is required. We are looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn a specialist trade.
You will need
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Reliable transport
- Physically fit
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
Construction experience is preferred but not essential.
