The Role
We are seeking talented SMP Designers at Mid-Level, Senior, and Lead level across all disciplines to join our growing engineering and project delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a collaborative environment where innovation, technical excellence, and attention to detail are highly valued.
As a Designer, you will play a key role in developing detailed engineering designs, producing high-quality technical documentation, and collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and design documentation.

Develop accurate 2D and 3D models using industry-standard CAD software.

Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Participate in design reviews and provide technical support to resolve design-related issues.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure design accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Maintain comprehensive records of design revisions, modifications, approvals, and project documentation.

Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

Support project delivery through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.
About You
You are a detail-oriented design professional with strong technical capability and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working across a variety of projects and disciplines.
Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering detailed design environment working on large mineral processing projects.

Strong understanding of engineering design principles and industry standards.

Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality engineering drawings and documentation.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Experience managing competing priorities and meeting project deadlines.
