Minimum two years’ experience working as a sommelier in a fine dining environment.
Confident carrying three plates and operating efficiently on the floor.
Strong communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and engaging with guests.
A passion for food, wine and cocktails.
Ability to prioritise tasks and perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A collaborative team player who is invested in personal development and contributing to the success of the wider team.
Full Australian working rights are required.
Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential (venue closed Sundays and Mondays).
