Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Groundsperson to join our team working on a council maintenance contract.
This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone with experience in horticultural or grounds maintenance who takes pride in delivering quality work and maintaining public spaces to a high standard.

About the Role

Garden and landscape maintenance
- Weed control and vegetation management
- Hedging and pruning
- Mowing, edging and brush cutting
- General grounds maintenance activities
- Safe operation and maintenance of equipment
About You
-
Experience in horticultural, landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar role
- Knowledge of plant maintenance and weed control practices
- Experience with hedging and pruning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
Qualifications
A horticultural qualification is desirable but not essential. Practical experience and a good understanding of grounds maintenance are the most important requirements for this role.
