Harmony Nursing Australia are on the lookout for an Enrolled Nurse/Registered Nurse to work a mixture of shifts in a community setting. This is a position with a difference: we would like someone willing to work nights as an on-call clinical first point of contact for field staff. As well as having the flexibility to work in the field to cover clinical shifts if needed.
This role requires someone who is flexible and experienced in problem-solving, and confident in supervising care staff remotely and responding to clients' clinical needs.
This role requires you to work the night shift in a clinical on-call capacity; you must also have strong clinical knowledge, be able to stay calm, and follow procedures in an emergency. You will become part of the clinical nursing team, working together for positive outcomes for clients and on-field carers.
Desirable attributes include being able to work remotely and independently.
