ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. Working on site, the role is responsible for identifying, analysing, and documenting business processes to drive operational accountability, system coordination and process optimisation across the business.
This role exists to ensure critical business systems, operational actions, project deliverables and internal responsibilities are tracked, progressed and completed within required timeframes.
The position will work closely with operational leaders, supervisors, project teams and internal departments to analyse existing work practices, identify system gaps or process efficiencies early, and formulate functional requirements to improve business system functionality. maintain visibility across business activities, identify delays or gaps early, and ensure agreed actions are followed through to completion.
A key component of the role will involve managing, configuringand monitoring operational workflows and system capabilities through Procore and other business systems to support consistent technical execution, data integrity, communication and accountability across projects and the wider business.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify, investigate, and analyse current business processes, operational workflows, and work practices to recommend optimal system functionality.
- Work closely with project managers, supervisors and internal stakeholders to formulate, document and translate business operational needs into functional system specifications within Procure and other business systems.
- Establish, coordinate and maintain structured operational action plans and automated workflows within enterprise business systems.
- Monitor outstanding actions, systems data, deliverables and deadlines across platforms to ensure data integrity and track business performance.
- Identify technical and operational bottlenecks, risks, or recurring breakdowns in system integration, communication and process execution.
- Support the implementation, testing and rollout of new system features, internal workflows, and modules, ensuring consistency across the business.
- Act as the analytical bridge between project delivery teams, commercial, HSE, HR and maintenance functions to ensure system priorities align with operational realities.
- Maintain accurate tracking and generate status reports on project performance and operational risks to provide leadership with visibility for strategic decision making.
- Create user documentation and guidelines to ensure system updates, data responsibilities, and workflow expectations are clearly understood across site teams.

Salary:
If successful, you will be paid a base salary of approximately $95,000.00 per annum.
Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
