Your Next Role
As our Internal Sales and Admin Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by delivering reliable, detail-oriented administrative support across the business. You will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while supporting internal teams through accurate data management, scheduling, and proactive communication.
Permanent Part Time - Monday - Friday / 33 hours a week in office.
- Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4pm
- Friday - 8:30am - 2:00pm
Key Outcomes Include:
- Be the main hub between customers, transport companies, accounts and production, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience by managing reception duties, calls, and sales interactions
- Maintain accurate and timely order processing, invoicing, and ERP data management to support production and dispatch
- Manage the shared office inbox, ensuring enquiries are accurately categorised and directed to the appropriate department.
- Coordinate schedules and support general administration to keep operations organised, efficient, and well-communicated
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by providing friendly, responsive service and keeping them informed throughout the order process.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
About you:
You'll thrive in this role if you're organised, approachable, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love juggling a variety of tasks. While experience is valued, we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer-facing role (manufacturing or logistics experience advantageous)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to plan ahead, prioritise tasks, and keep operations running smoothly.
- The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, communicate confidently, and proactively follow up with multiple stakeholders.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP systems, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Knowledge of MYOB would be beneficial but not essential
