Aspire Challenge Evolve 247 is currently seeking dedicated Female Disability Support Workers to join our growing team in the Penrith & Chatswood area.

We are currently seeking experienced High-Intensity Support Workers in the Penrith & Chatswood area to support young participants. We are particularly looking for workers who are confident and experienced in: Complex seizure management; Suctioning; Airway and respiratory support; and Supporting participants with complex medical needs. Previous experience in these areas is preferred. Additional training will be provided, and all successful applicants will complete a competency/challenge assessment prior to commencing employment.
Current shifts availables: Monday to Sunday
We have muliplte shifts available daily, most are 8 hour shifts available 7 days a week, with morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts available.
All staff are employed under the SCHADS Award, with shifts generally ranging from 6–12 hours. If you are an experienced support worker looking for meaningful work supporting young people with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing, or equivalent
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Comprehensive car insurance (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in disability, aged care, or nursing
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (preferred)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (we can train you if needed)
- Working With Children Check (must have)
- Please include details of your experience with seizure management, suctioning and airway/respiratory support.
