Your Responsibilities:
- Observe and evaluate, supporting our team with the development and progression of our programs.
- Facilitate a physical environment that reflects our educational program.
- Support established relationships with families.
- Foster the collegiality of the team.
- Constant supervision of children to prevent accidents and injuries, both indoors and outdoors.
Skills & Experience:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development for 2-6-year-olds.
- Awareness of current trends in Early Childhood Education.
- Ability to establish and build relationships with parents and families.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Identifying potential hazards in the environment and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to prevent the spread of illness and promote overall well-being
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external stakeholders to create a safe and supportive environment for children.
