Job Description
Make an impact where people matter most. Reporting to the National Workers Compensation Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive administrator to join a collaborative team that plays a critical role in supporting the early intervention and recovery of our employees following a workplace injury.
The Workers Compensation Administration Officer is responsible for supporting the Workers Compensation and Workplace Relations teams with a broad range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support while contributing to positive employee outcomes.
Responsibilities & Requirements

Management of electronic data submissions for Victorian self-insurance.

Accurate and complete data entry and management in the workers compensation claims system (Solv).

Provide support to Workers Compensation Manager with continuous improvement projects.

Manage end to end processing and payment of accounts.

Ensure compliance with state-based legislation and self-insurance requirements.

Management and timely processing of weekly compensation.

Management of workers compensation inbox.

Coordinate drug and alcohol testing.

Assist with policy and process management for workers compensation and workplace relations.

Provide ad hoc support to workers compensation and workplace relation teams.
Qualifications
-
2+ years’ experience in administration
-
Demonstrated experience managing confidential information.

Strong data entry and record management skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
