Coastal Flora is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Florist to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is highly experienced in floristry, works quickly and efficiently, and takes pride in producing beautiful, quality Bouquets and arrangements. This role would suit a florist who is confident working independently and can hit the ground running in a busy environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for creating fresh flower arrangements and bouquets, preparing bulk flower bouquets and helping maintain our high presentation standards across our retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements efficiently and to a high standard
- Preparing, conditioning and caring for fresh flowers
- Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily production requirements
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented work area
- Ensuring all flowers and products are presented to Coastal Flora's standards
- Working independently while also being a positive team member
- Assisting with stock preparation and general floristry duties as required
- Following instructions and completing tasks within required timeframes
About You

- Be fast, efficient and confident with their floristry skills
