At WSP, our Workplace team is responsible for creating safe, functional and high-quality office environments that support our people and clients. As a Workplace Assistant, you will be central to the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, ensuring our office operates efficiently and consistently to a high standard.
This role goes beyond traditional reception and administration. You will support a broad range of workplace services including front-of-house, facilities coordination, procurement, and office operations, working closely with the wider Workplace team to deliver a seamless experience across the business.

- Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for staff, clients and visitors
- Support the day-to-day operation of the office, ensuring it remains safe, functional and well-presented
- Coordinate meeting rooms, events, catering and AV support
- Manage workplace requests, enquiries and service desk tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Support facilities management activities including maintenance coordination, contractor access and workplace inspections
- Manage office supplies, procurement and inventory
- Assist with finance administration including purchase orders and invoice processing
- Support security and access control processes, including staff and visitor access
- Assist with workplace health, safety and compliance activities, including audits and emergency preparedness
Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Experience in a workplace, facilities, hospitality or office coordination role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using workplace technology and systems, including AV support
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- A collaborative team mindset and willingness to support across a broad range of activities
A valid driving license is required for this position
