WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Crew Member, you’ll help bring the Pappa Flock experience to life by:
- Delivering friendly and efficient guest service
- Taking and preparing orders
- Preparing and serving food to Pappa Flock quality standards
- Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked and ready for service
- Working together with the crew during busy rushes
- Following food safety, hygiene and restaurant procedures
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for crew who:
- Have a positive, team-first attitude
- Are reliable and ready to work
- Can move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate well with guests and teammates
- Are willing to learn and take direction
- Can work a mix of shifts, including weekends
- Take pride in doing things properly.
Previous fast food, hospitality or customer service experience is great, but not essential.
