We’re looking for a tenacious HR Generalist to join our Brisbane team as a People & Capability Advisor on a 12 month parental leave contract. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted business partner, delivering practical, operational HR support across the business.
You’ll be the person leaders rely on for practical, timely advice across the full employee lifecycle — from employee relations and performance matters through to recruitment, retention, and strategic initiatives. Your work will directly support our teams to perform at their best.

You’ll bring 5+ years’ generalist HR experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the judgement to handle sensitive matters with care. You can work autonomously, take initiative, and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines and agreed standards.
