- Schedule and Meeting Management: Oversee the CEO’s schedule, travel, and meeting arrangements, with a particular focus on coordinating meetings across time zones; organize and participate in important company-wide meetings; and be responsible for drafting meeting minutes and following up on the implementation of resolutions.
- External Relations: Liaise with external entities such as government agencies, investment and financing institutions, key partners, and the media to maintain positive public relations. When overseas business is involved, also be responsible for overseas market research, partner outreach, and business negotiations.
- Preparation of Financing Materials: Assist in compiling financing materials such as business plans, project briefs, and roadshow presentations.
- Liaison with Capital Markets: Liaise with investment banks, auditors, lawyers, and other intermediaries; track capital market trends; and provide information and insights to management.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as the key liaison between the CEO and various departments (R&D, production, sales, supply chain, etc.), accurately conveying the CEO’s instructions and coordinating the resolution of cross-departmental collaboration issues.
- Document and Information Management: Draft, review, and translate various important documents, including board materials, speeches, annual business reports, and external correspondence; strictly safeguard company confidential information and properly manage critical data.
Pay: $12,569.33 – $15,563.33 per month
