Non-Woven Production Line Team Supervisor

HulkBuild is looking for an experienced and hands-on Non-Woven Production Line Team Supervisor to join our Townsville manufacturing team.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the safe, efficient and productive operation of our non-woven production line.
About the Role
You will lead and support the production team while ensuring the line consistently meets our requirements for safety, quality, productivity and output.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the non-woven production team.
- Managing daily production activities and ensuring production targets are achieved.
- Monitoring line performance, downtime, waste and product quality.
- Ensuring safe operating procedures and WHS requirements are followed.
- Coordinating production changeovers, start-ups and shutdowns.
- Identifying and resolving production and equipment issues.
- Working closely with maintenance and the Manufacturing Manager to minimise downtime.
- Training, coaching and supporting production team members.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- An experienced production supervisor, team leader or senior operator.
- Hands-on, practical and comfortable working on the factory floor.
- A strong people leader who can motivate and develop a team.
- Safety-focused with a strong understanding of manufacturing environments.
- Organised and able to manage competing production priorities.
- A confident problem solver with good mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Committed to quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Reliable, accountable and willing to take ownership.
Experience in non-woven manufacturing or a similar continuous production environment will be highly regarded.
