Job Summary
Join as a Service Technician, delivering expert service, repairs, and installations across our industry-leading workshop equipment range, including wheel service and hoist systems.
As the face of our business in the field, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to ensure equipment reliability, outstanding workmanship, and safe, efficient outcomes for our customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, values safety, and enjoys solving problems on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Service, repair, breakdown and installation work on wheel service and vehicle hoist equipment

Diagnose faults and deliver effective, compliant repair solutions, and Diagnostics

Complete work to manufacturer specifications, technical standards and company procedures

Test equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation following service or installation

Manage on-site jobs efficiently, escalating issues or scope changes as required
-
Adhere to all WHS policies, procedures and safe work practices
-
Deliver high-quality work within agreed timeframes, minimising rework and repeat visits
-
Accurately record labour, parts usage and service activities in company systems
-
Identify and manage hazards, applying appropriate risk controls at all times
-
Maintain required licences, certifications, safety documentation and compliance records
-
Contribute to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service outcomes
Qualifications
-
Trade or technical qualification relevant to mechanical, electrical or automotive equipment
-
Current driver’s licence
-
Experience servicing, repairing or installing mechanical or electro-mechanical equipment
-
Preventative Maintenance and Electrical fault-finding
-
Mechanical aptitude
-
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
-
Field-based technical experience in a customer-facing environment
-
Exposure to wheel service and/or hoist equipment desirable
-
Strong safety awareness and disciplined work practices
-
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Reliable, self-motivated and accountable

Clear communicator with customers and team members
-
Willingness to learn and develop technical capability
