About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Time Marketing Specialist to identify high-growth market opportunities and lead the strategic development, coordination, and execution of our pricing, promotional, and brand frameworks. Working directly alongside our leadership team, you will translate technical capabilities into highly effective B2B marketing strategies across the telecommunications, SaaS, and AI sectors.
This position is based at our office in Brisbane, Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on market opportunities for our tech and telecom products.
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans covering product positioning, B2B pricing models, and brand strategy.
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid media, content, email, and social networks).
- Conduct continuous market research and competitor analysis to keep our brands ahead of industry trends.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all digital assets, corporate websites, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align targeted marketing initiatives with company revenue goals.
- Track, analyze, and present reports on campaign performance, cost-per-lead, and overall ROI.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time, professional marketing experience (gained within the last 5 years).
- A proven understanding of digital marketing channels, web presence, and audience growth strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for making complex tech easy to understand.
- Hands-on experience navigating content management systems (such as WordPress), social media suites, and modern marketing/design tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple overlapping campaigns autonomously.
- Prior experience or a strong interest in telecommunications, B2B SaaS, or AI technology sectors is highly regarded.
- Strong command of the English language (professional level proficiency).
