Tired of rigid routines and task-driven care?
We are recruiting Enrolled Nurses now, with interviews and offers happening as applications are received.
Why CaSPA Care?
CaSPA Care is a not-for-profit residential aged care organisation with homes in South Melbourne and Albert Park.
We have moved away from the traditional institutional model of aged care and embraced a Household Model of Care — creating real homes, not wards.
Our residents are supported to:
- Choose their own routines
- Maintain independence
- Build meaningful relationships
- Live with dignity, respect and choice
Our nurses play a critical leadership role in making this happen every day.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We have part-time night-shift opportunities available immediately across both sites.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to support the clinical care, wellbeing and dignity of residents. You will provide leadership and role modelling to the Homemaker team, ensuring a harmonious, safe and enabling environment for all.
This role is ideal for an EN who is confident in their clinical practice, passionate about dementia‑informed care, and committed to continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide leadership, guidance and role modelling to Homemakers and care staff, fostering a positive, collaborative and respectful team culture.
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation, ensuring alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.
- Promote resident wellbeing and dignity by tailoring holistic care to individual needs and building strong, respectful relationships with residents and families.
- Ensure safe work practices by supporting infection control, adhering to OHS guidelines and overseeing the safe use of clinical equipment and no‑lift procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities, including audits, quality initiatives, and the ongoing evaluation of care standards.
- Support staff development through coaching, training participation and assisting colleagues to build skills and confidence.
