Job description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Female Machine Operator to join an established plastics manufacturing company in Lilydale.
This is a hands-on production role involving machine operating, assembly, sorting, quality checking and packing of plastic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely.
- Assemble, sort, inspect and pack plastic products.
- Perform basic quality checks and identify defects.
- Follow production instructions, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with general production duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous machine operating, manufacturing, assembly or production experience is highly regarded.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual and physically capable of hands-on work.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Full working rights in Australia.
Pay: $32.47 per hour
