Security Guard – Full-Time & Casual | Day & Night Shifts Available
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and responsible Security Guards to join our team for current and new sites. Both day and night shifts are available. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for either full-time or casual roles in a steady, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of staff, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches in a timely manner
- Report any suspicious behaviors, incidents, or safety hazards
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
- Provide customer service and directions when needed
- Follow site-specific procedures and protocols
Requirements:
✅ Current and valid NSW Security Licence
✅ Availability for day or night shifts (or both)
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to remain calm under pressure
✅ Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
✅ Neat and professional appearance
✅ First Aid certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
