We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Cafe All Rounder to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and can confidently support both front-of-house and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
● Take customer orders, operate the POS, and handle payments accurately.
● Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining quality standards.
● Support opening and closing procedures.
● Assist with training new team members and lead by example.
● Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards throughout the café.
● Work closely with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Requirements:
● Previous experience as a café all rounder or in a similar hospitality role.
● Confident in customer service, cashier duties, and floor service.
● Strong communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
● Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
● Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
