About the Role
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of complex Aviation projects through hands-on BIM coordination, clash detection, model management, and digital delivery throughout the design phase. Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams, you’ll coordinate design models, support project BIM requirements, and help ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of project information and deliverables. Strong Revit capability and experience managing design-phase coordination activities are essential, and an architectural background is preferred. Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead BIM coordination for Aviation projects, including clash detection, multidisciplinary model coordination, consultant model exchanges, and digital handover deliverables.
- Support project teams in applying BIM standards, workflows, and asset information requirements, including data capture and model setup within Revit.
- Maintain and improve BIM quality and consistency through model reviews, coordination workshops, and resolving model-based design issues.
- Provide Revit and BIM support, mentoring, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, and digital delivery processes across the Aviation sector.
About You:
You’re an experienced BIM and design delivery professional with strong technical skills, who enjoys coordinating complex, multidisciplinary projects and collaborating with diverse teams. You bring a balance of advanced Revit capability, practical project experience, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to every stage of the design process.

- Strong understanding of consultant coordination, project delivery workflows, and (ideally) ISO 19650 information management and CDE processes
- Experience contributing to BIM workflows, templates, or project standards, with an interest in asset information and project information management
- Collaborative, organised, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement in digital delivery
