You'll lead end-to-end delivery across onboarding and risk assessment redesign, partnering with stakeholders across internal functions to shape solutions that balance efficiency, risk outcomes, and operational excellence.

Support the development of business requirements, including clear scope, acceptance criteria, and traceability to business and risk outcomes.
Capture and consolidate broad perspectives to ensure business, client, risk, technology and operational requirements are reflected in the target-state design.
Lead and drive execution through implementation, monitoring progress against milestones, and reporting on risks, issues and benefits of realisation.
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
