We are looking for an experienced and reliable lunchbar Supervisor to join our small and friendly team at Schmears, a busy sandwich and coffee bar in Perth CBD.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys hospitality, takes pride in their work and is confident taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of a café.
About the role:
- Making quality coffee
- Customer service and POS
- Food preparation and sandwich making
- Opening and closing
- Maintaining presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting and supervising the team during service
- Training new team members
- Stock and basic ordering
- Helping keep the café running smoothly when the owner is not present
Pay: $35.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
