The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled, trade-qualified Panel Beater to join our team at Coburg.
We're particularly interested in a seasoned professional who takes pride in repairing panels. If you're passionate about your craft, have strong repair skills, and can deliver high-quality repairs efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. We can accommodate reasonable flexible working arrangement requests for the right candidate.

What We're Looking For

Trade-qualified Panel Beater

Proven experience in collision repair and panel restoration

Strong repair-over-replace mindset

Ability to assess damage and determine the most effective repair solution

Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail

Pride in delivering repairs right the first time
What You'll Do
-
Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
-
Utilising advanced repair techniques to restore damaged panels wherever possible
-
Applying strong metal finishing skills to achieve quality repair outcomes
-
Removing and replacing panels only when repairs are not viable or do not meet repair standards
-
Reading and interpreting repair methods, job cards, and manufacturer repair procedures
-
Working efficiently to repair scopes and productivity targets
-
Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the repair process
-
Operating workshop equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures
